Day 1: Foundational – Wednesday, 24 September (8.30am – 1.00pm AEST)
Day one content is designed for those who are planning to implement Xero in their organisation, in the early stages of Xero use, or who would like a refresh of Xero’s key functions.

• Introduction to Xero – key functions and the dashboard
• Chart of accounts
• Transaction processes – processing transactions, receiving payments, quotes and invoices
• Introduction to reporting.

Day 2: Intermediate – Thursday, 25 September (8.30am – 1.00pm AEST)
Day two is designed for those with a good grasp on the basics of Xero, including attendees from day one looking to advance their knowledge.

• Automating data entry
• Managing debtors and creditors
• Month-end processes
• Reporting.

Day 3: Advanced – Friday, 26 September (8.30am – 1.00pm AEST)
Day three is designed for those with a high degree of familiarity with Xero’s bookkeeping and accounting functions, including those who attended the day two course and are looking to round-out their knowledge of Xero.

• Advanced reporting, including reporting concepts and customised profit and loss reporting
• Monitoring business performance, including budgeting, projected profit, balance sheets and cash-flow statements.
